Preowned, vintage dress, originally sold by Robert W Gates Burlingame CA, most likely in the 1970s. Made from lightweight twill fabric (no content label, feels synthetic), it features a wonderful "Pucci-esque" pattern of chunky swirls and abstract florals in shades of umber, melon, brown, black, pink and white. It has a V-neckline and sheer, flowy angel sleeve panels that can be worn down, back or across the neck.
