William Pearson was trained as a couturier and set up shop in Los Angeles where he was head of Fashion Design at Fashion Institute. He designed a small collection for the rich and amous of Beverly Hills including Nancy Reagan, Bestsy Bloomingdale, Rosemary Stack, Mrs. Walter Annenberg. Always classic, impecabbly made and forever chic. This collection of dresses by him (see other listings) were purchased at the highest end boutique that was in Palm Springs, CA. This short sleeve chemise in size 16, made of imported creme color Irish linen with signature multi-color silk print pussy bow (removeable). Hidden zip front with beautiful welt pockets . He always offered a thin belt if women preffered belting it. Still as modern and classy as it was when it was designed. Retailed for $770.
