1970s Floral Maxi Ensemble

About the Item

A unique vintage find, this ensemble consists of a long black maxi skirt and sleeveless top, its floral design repeated in cut-out appliqués down the left side of the skirt. the A-line skirt is composed of a ribbed black cotton-type fabric, while the floral top and appliqués are fashioned of polished cotton. Wear the sleeveless top in or out; its peplum will keep it from riding up when worn tucked in. The top also features a V-insert modified mock turtleneck. Both pieces sport back zippers and are fully lined, the top with a vivid yellow cotton. Unlabeled. Marked size 12, but measures more like a contemporary 8-10. Top: bust 37"; waist 29" Skirt: waist 27"; hips 38"; length 40"
