England
Beautiful Tea Gown of an English Lady dating from the early twentieth century. Grey satin and muslin printed circular patterns. Effect of an apron and bib embellished with button in the same embroidered knot. Collar trim, polychrome floral print satin waistband and piping Art Nouveau. Removed at the wrists leaving guessing a bubbled cream tulle. High collar and modesty in cotton lace with spindle. Bubbled sleeves reminiscent of the Mamelukes of the First Empire. Transparent lining of cream silk pongee in very good condition. Split effect skirt on the front. Closure elaborated by original snaps. Very Good condition and color.
