Austere and Elegant Art Deco Silk Velvet Beaded Gown from the 1930's, retailed by Saks Fifth Ave. NY. Elaborate hand beading at the neck, cuffs and pocket openings. Strong shouldered with tight zippered cuffs. The luxurious silk velvet is fully bias cut in a huge circle from the shoulder down. Works belted as well. 1930's USA. Small size.

- Material Notes:Luxurious silk velvet was specially milled for this gown. Super wide silk velvet was used to cut this bias gown with no additional seams. The gown is almost cut as a full circle from the neck down.
