A striking two piece evening dress from Geoffrey Beene is done in a combination of black wool jersey and black satin. The center part of the top and the entire skirt are made from the satin. The rest of the top is jersey. The skirt is finished with a wide band of horsehair at the hemline. This is a signature touch from Mr. Beene. Both pieces are in excellent condition.
