Lovely J.L Scherrer cocktail dress in black lacquered lace over black velvet boned bustier dress. Larged ruffled lace collar and cuffs. Covered lace buttons down the back provide entry and a gathered lace "waist" cinches the silhouette. Lace ruff can be propped up with the addition of jewelry (choker) underneath for a more dramatic look.
