About the Item
Sexy, yet sophisticated vintage NAEEM KHAN, RIAZEE fully sequined and beaded open-back silk bodcon dress!
Khan's first job was working directly with Halston as an apprentice. This is clearly where he learned to both design a garment to truly flatter a woman's body, along with his couture level of sequin and beadwork!
This beautiful early 90s gem features, gold, pink, and silver iridescent sequins and beads in geometric shapes throughout, intertwined with little pieces of white lace throughout. Sexy open back reveals just the right amount of skin. Shoulder pads that can easily be snipped out, but are very current. Resembles the recent work of Pierre Balmain! 100% silk, and fully lined. Hidden zipper up the back with hook-and-eye closure at both lower back, and back neck. Interior boning at the bodice for extra support. In great unworn condition (Ziploc baggie with hundreds of spare beads and sequins are still attached to the interior tags). Made in India.
