Neal of California C.1960 Black Jacquard Cocktail Dress With Ruffled Hem

About the Item

Cha cha d’amour! This Neal of California design will have you shimmiying across the room with loads of ‘va-va-voom’ attitude. The form fitting silhouette zips and hooks at the back with lingerie style straps and a black floral jacquard fabric that has a pucker texture. The ruffled hem is stiffened with backing and accented by a faux sash complete with rhinestone buckle. Expertly constructed with details that replicate Parisian designs of the day. CONDITION The dress is in very good condition though the buckle is missing a rhinestone, please see photograph 10. SIZING & MEASUREMENTS The size is not marked though the dress best fits a U.S. size 2-4 with attention to the following measurements. For visual reference, the mannequin in the photographs is a size 4 and the dress was tight ... but still looked fabulous! (Please note: there is some ‘give’ to the fabric that allows for curves and movement.) Bust 32" Waist 26.5" Hips 35.5" Shoulder Length Taken on Outside of Strap to Strap 13" Length From Shoulder to Hem 39.5" Length From Shoulder to Waist 15.5"

Neal of California's take on the perfect Cha Cha dress complete with a modified bodycon mermaid silhouette in a black floral puckered jacquard fabric with a faux sash and rhinestone buckle.

Condition:

Wear consistent with age and use. Very good condition though there is one rhinestone missing from the buckle, please see photograph 10.
