This mesmerising 1930's midnight blue silk brocade dress with a silver lamé thread accent, is a rare piece to behold The straight cut neckline of the dress is set off by a wonderful single shoulder strap which is elegantly pleated and gathered, draping over the shoulder into a slight sleeve. The wonderful pleats that radiate from the shoulder strap drape into the fitted boned bodice. The cinched in waistline is accented by matching silk pipping. The wonderful drape of the skirt falls from gathered pleats beneath the piped waistband, completing this dress in an iconic 1930's silhouette Label: None Measurements of the Dress Armpit to Armpit: up to 34 inches Shoulder to Hem: 59 inches Waist: up to 26 inches Hips: up to 68 inches Shoulder to Waist: 16 inches Size: UK 8 US 4 Closures: This dress fastens to the side with a 14 inch metal zip and a hook and loop Condition: This dress is in near perfect vintage condition.
