Early 1950s denim has a hand that's unmistakable - deep and thick and soft. Double-pleated detail along front button placket. Gusseted sleeve because these jackets were worn by real men, men who need freedom of movement. Note the wide width of the shoulder-to-shoulder measurement for roominess.
Measurements: Length 23.5", chest 40", shoulder to shoulder 20", outer sleeve 24.5"
Condition: denim is in excellent condition with only a random scattered spot here and there; underside of right collar seam at bottom has a hand-done contemporaneous repair that we wouldn't dream of touching.
