1920s Black Silk Chiffon Dress and Vest with Hand Beading Detail. Rare Black silk chiffon drop-waist dress with matching short vest. The vest is fully lined and the dress is fully sheer. We found a contemporary slip to wear with the dress. Both vest and dress have red and black hand-beading. Long sleeves with applied, ruched, and fluted cuffs. Ruched waist, neckline, and sides to slightly fit the dress. Pleated sides create a modified silhouette that was popular during the 1920s.
