Adolfo Silk 3 pc. Set Print Shirt Pleated Maxi Skirt & Applique Sweater 1970s

About the Item

Adolfo silk print shirt, pleated maxi skirt & applique sweater set from the 1970s. Printed silk in a pale yellow & grey modernist print, the set consists of a V neck blouse with long self ties, yoke front and back, long sleeves are semi full with button cuffs, the blouse closes at the front with buttons. The matching skirt is knife pleated with a band waist that closes with a bar hook and side zipper. Together with the coordinating grey boucle open front sweater, which is trimmed at the hem with a wide gathered band of the yellow/grey print silk. There are floral appliques at the front, waist back and cuffs of the same fabric with embroidered touches. It is always a treat to find sets with all pieces accounted for, so often they have been split up. There is a small very light area on the left upper boucle cuff, it didn't photograph and doesn't affect wear. In excellent wearable condition. All our clothing is dry cleaned and inspected for condition and is ready to wear. Any condition issues will be noted. For visual comparison our mannequin is a size 4.
