About the Item
Vintage tweed skirt and jacket from Chanel Boutique label. Shades of red, navy and white in a textured tweed pattern. Jacket is cropped blouson style and is double breasted with 8 front buttons. Wide round neckline. Sleeves slightly dropped. Two front pockets with matching buttons. There is a band around the bottom of the jacket and the sleeves are cuffed, each with a single matching button. Buttons are red and gold coloured with an embossed signature Chanel head. (2cm across). The skirt is very high waisted with back zip fastening. Made in France. Marked size: FR38. Fabric content: Labels removed. Feels like wool.; Lining: Feels like silk. Measurements: Jacket: Chest: 47cm. Shoulders: 46cm. Inside arms: 40cm. Cuff: 4cm deep. Length: 49cm. Skirt: Waist: 35cm. Width around bottom: 46cm. Hips: 46cm. Length: 67cm. Good vintage condition. There are some marks on the lining of both the jacket and skirt and a couple of small holes in lining. There are some marks on lining under the arms of the jacket. The tweed fabric is in very good condition. Size and fabric labels partially removed as is the year label. Condition is reflected in the images.
