Amazing center cut alligator bag in deep chestnut brown in an unusual yet modern shape. Dimensional bag has skin covered toggle and padded handles. All hardware is gilded gold with tiny ball feet on the base. Completely lined with zippered pockets in brown calf leather. Made in France for Saks Fifth Avenue. Beautiful quality glazed skin. 11" w x 8" h x 4.5 deep. Handles extend height another 6". Excellent condition. France 1950's.
