Beveled Brass Jeweled Marquis Compact with Mirror and Powder Well, 1950s
About the Item
A throwback to the days when a woman touched up her lipstick at the table, this jeweled compact throws prisms in even the dimmest light. Its oval center marquis is literally crusted with colored rhinestones and seed pearls, and a gentle click opens the front face to reveal the mirror and covered powder well inside.
Brass metal makeup compact with push button latch at center front edge; multicolor rhinestone and seed pearl-crusted oval marquis on front center face. Interior features mirror on front face and metal-covered latching powder well on the base.
