Maritza Capiro Designs Corp. is a full-service luxury residential interior design firm based on Marco Island, serving Marco Island and Naples, Coral Gables, and Summit County, Colorado. Principal designer Maritza Capiro, who holds a master's degree in Interior Architecture from FIU, leads each project from space planning and construction drawings through custom cabinetry, lighting, furnishings, art, and final installation. Much of the firm's work is waterfront condominiums and second homes for clients who live part of the year elsewhere, so every detail is managed on site in their absence. Recent work has been featured in Gulfshore Life magazine, Florida Design, and Coral Gables Magazine.
