Bespoke Handcrafted Copper Hood. Available in a variety of metals: Bronze, Copper, Zinc, Brass and more. Also available in many finishes: polished, matte, aged, patina, oxidised. Hammered, smooth, flat. A beautiful centre-piece or statement piece in any kitchen or living room (fireplace mantle). It is both rustic or classy, depending on how it is placed and how it is finished. Provided made to measure to suit any exhaust/evacuation/extractor. Detailed Dawings Provided. Made from a ply construction for stability, longevity and weight but can be constructed from aluminium chassis or other if requested. Insulated inside and provided with mounting hooks or screws or whatever mounting system is required. He opened a dedicated design studio in Paris in 2013. Nature and Craftsmanship are the two starting points for Jeff Aird designs. ~ 3 Basic Principles: Nature's materials - wood, stone, metalwork, ceramic, glass, natural fabrics - develop character over time in ways synthetic materials never can. Craftsmanship carries the human touch that industrial production cannot replicate.
