About the Item

An Italian wooden entryway or doorway casement from the 18th century. This antique architectural piece from Italy is an interior doorway casing, which stands approximately 7.5 feet tall (including the upper molding). The molded wood is primarily clean lines, with upper section at either side having a subtle wing extension, bringing the exterior molding out more at the top, while adding an element of visual interest. The wood has an older painted finish (though not likely original) with areas of cream and light blue paint, and wonderful old patina reflecting its centuries old age. As with any of our antique doors or casings, we strongly advise that you consult with your contractor or architect to discuss the necessary measurements and hardware to make these doors work for your project. This 18th century Italian door casement would be a great way to add some charm in both decorative and utilitarian use; which would can envision looking especially lovely as the transition out onto a mudroom or sunroom.

French 19th C. Raised-Panel Wood Doors 'A Set of two Single Doors'
Located in Atlanta, GA
A French set of two doors, both singles, from the 19th century. These antique doors from France, though not meant to match up together (as in a pair of French-style doors) but are two near-identical single doors. Each door is comprised of two panels, with top being near-square in shape, over the lower rectangular raised panel. The new custom finish has a soft color palette of gray, blue and green hues. Both sides of the doors are paneled and painted, so these are a great option to place between living spaces. As with all of our doors, we recommend that a professional contractor be used for installation, and that our dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly. This set of 2 single French doors...
