Very rare, hand forged, wrought iron, architectural garden pergola.
If you appreciate the time, the effort and the quality of the workmanship that early 20th century craftsman put into creating unique antiques then you will also love this rare and all hand-crafted gazebo. We have never before seen or owned one and to have found this rare antique in such complete and good condition made it extra special. This large and remarkable gazebo can be completely dismantled and therefor it can easily be put back together and placed in your garden, no matter where you reside. Mind you, the wrought iron elements that go deep into the ground all have long and sharp pointy edges and that makes this 'open garden house' stand strong and firm. This rare gazebo was ofcourse hand-crafted for the very well to do in early twentieth century Europe, because you would need an extra large home and garden to make this work of beauty look perfect. To us, this is like the ideal 'in garden patio' and if you ask your gardener which plants and flowers are perfect for growing all around the wrought iron frame then this antique becomes even more remarkable. In all fairness, one could not wish for a more stylish and organically beautiful place to enjoy your afternoon lunch or tea in. Have you also noticed the Art Nouveau design, weathervane-like top? It is just one of several decorative elements that makes this Arts and Crafts era antique such a joy to own and look at.
