About the Item
This beautiful terracotta wall plaque is very unusual, salvaged from a brownstone in New York City. Made of terracotta depicting a young Victorian woman with flowing long hair and painted flowers in each upper corner. Originally was installed in a garden with a fountain below and constructed in 2 separate pieces. Condition is good with minor chips between the two sections. A great piece of art and a beautiful piece for the garden. May have been made in Italy but no visible signature or markings.
