About the Item

A magnificent pair of unusually long Georgian lead planters. Remnants of black paint now faded to sides and ends. Beautiful detailing and bouquet floral arrangements in over flowing classical urns adorn the elongated sections. The planters would have adorned window sills or possibly walls in stately Georgian homes. Georgian craftsmanship at its finest and rare to have an identical pair. From the Cornish estate of John le Carré. Price is for the pair. English, circa 1790. H: 21 cm H: 8.2 INCHES L: 117.5 cm L: 46.2 INCHES D: 16 cm D: 6.2 INCHES
