Pair of 20th Century French Hand Painted Iron Boy and Girl Sculptures

About the Item

Add the charm of the French countryside to your home with this colorful pair of painted iron statues from Provence, France, circa 1970. The expressive figures depict a pair of children standing on round bases. The girl holds a basket with two ducks at her feet, while the boy in shorts is looking on. While very heavy, these garden statues should be kept inside or outside under cover, to avoid any long term rusting. Both pieces are in excellent condition, and have rich, pastel colors and an old patinated paint finish. Measures: Boy 19" W x 11" D x 38" H. Girl 18" W x 16" D x 37" H.
