About the Item
This stunning Art Deco centerpiece, serving bowl, or decorative fruit or bread basket was designed in France in the 1930s. The serving piece features a wood handle ornate with chromed metal beads. The sides are made of wood with chromed metal flat disks and off-white Galalith lines decoration. The wood structure on each side holds two shaped glass panels, completing the design. The two glass panels can be removed from the base for cleaning purposes. This typical Art Deco minimalist design pairs perfectly with fresh fruits or is exquisite for your next fancy breakfast party, featuring bread, brioches, or croissants. There is no visible maker's mark.
Measurements: 13.19 in wide (33.5 cm) by 8.50 in deep (21.5 cm) by 8.25 in high (21 cm).
