About the Item
Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown pink and opalescent Italian art glass heart shaped bowl with wild flower murrines. The piece is documented to the Fratelli Toso, circa 1950s. The bowl has a transparent white opal glass underneath, with pink dots throughout the top creating the pink color. There are 8 different flower cane designs, each with different colors on the middle of the bowl. It has an indent on the rim of the bowl, creating a place to hold the bowl, as well as giving it the heart shape. Would make a great display piece on any dresser, side table or credenza. Use it as a catchall, candy or jewelry dish. Mid-century era. Measures: 7 1/4" long x 6 3/4" wide x 2 3/4" high.
