A Gilt Sterling Silver lidded Pumpkin Tureen Nardi Venezia, Italy
About the Item
This is a beautiful sculpted and chased pumpkin tureen by Italian jeweler Nardi Venezia. A rare piece for Nardi, the pumpkin is fashioned in sterling silver and has been finished in a soft gold gilt finish. A textured stem acts as the handle of the lid, once lifted a crystal bowl is revealed inside. This would be a wonderful addition to a beautiful table setting! The piece is signed "Nardi/Venezia", "925 Italy".
