Fantastic piece of studio pottery by famous ceramist Erwin Kalla, circa 1950. Seldom seen pieces of studio art pottery by this artist. Great amoeba form and shape. This piece is a larger piece and can be used as a dish or tray or bowl. Signed on the back. In excellent shape with no chips, no cracks and no repairs. Color is great. Measures approximate 15 3/8" wide by 8 1/4".
