About the Item
Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown white and gold flecks over aqua green / celadon Italian art glass scalloped rim bowl. Attributed to designer Archimede Seguso. The bowl has a flower shape, with scalloped edge, and one petal folded down, creating a handle. The outside layer of the bowl is profusely covered in gold leaf. It still retains a partial label underneath, with the top part of "Made In Italy" still visible (see last photos). Would make a great display piece on any vanity, desk, or coffee table. Use it as a catchall, candy or jewelry dish. Mid-century era. Measures 5 5/8" long x 5" wide x 2 5/8" high.
