About the Item
Russian silver clutch or evening purse. This has repousse horse heads with outstanding detail in the left corner. The clutch is .875 fine silver. There is a glass cabochon for the clasp. This was made by the 2nd Artel in Moscow about 1912 to 1916. There are some light scratches and a couple of minor dings. The lining on the inside is detached along one edge.
