This stunning 1950s Italian decorative lidded box showcases an Empire Revival Neoclassical flair. The tall, rectangular shape boasts a classic modernist design, featuring gilded brass metal framing over a wood body wrapped in dark cognac brown leather. The quality interior is in varnished wood. The box has a mark on the underside with a "Made in Italy" sticker. There is no other maker's mark.
