About the Item
A vintage solid brass and blown glass sconce designed by Tommi Parzinger. Dorlyn Silversmiths made both mass produced and custom pieces for Tommi Parzinger. The sconce is not in the Dorlyn Silversmith catalog, yet the componenets are signature Tommi Parzinger. I am assuming the sconce was a custom design and is very rare. The sconce is not marked. The sconce has a commanding size measuring approximately 21 1/4 inches tall, the back plate is 5 inches wide / the top of the globe is 6 inches wide and extends 10 1/2 inches in from the wall. The original protective coating has been removed from the brass, the brass has been polished with a new protective coating.

- Condition:Refinished. Wear consistent with age and use. Sconce in good vintage condition. Some slight dimples on front plate of wall plate. Chips on the base of the globe, chips cannot be seen once installed into the brass wall plate and there is a slight imperfection on the outside bottom of globe.
