About the Item
Monumental, tall and huge green colored (coloured) vintage Italian Murano glass candlestick holder by Cenedese. Beautiful craftsmanship and stunning bright green color with a clear glass details which appears to either have the 'scavo' finish or has been sand blasted or acid etched to give it a matt / satin finish / appearance. Incredibly rare to come across such a large example - a masterwork and real museum piece, in our opinion.
The candleholder measures - 60.7cm (23.89 inches) by 17.5cm (6.88 inches) at the top.
