About the Item

This antique desk set is unsigned, but presumed to have originated from the United States and date to approximately 1920 and done in the period Art Deco style. The set is composed of black marble with gold and cream veins with chrome and brass accents. The set includes an inkwell and pen holder, a blotter, a letter rack, a letter opener and an ashtray. The inkwell has a hinged top and two clear glass inserts, and the set is in good period condition.
