About the Item

This beautifully enamelled set comprising an inkwell and two candlesticks will cheer up any room. A fine example of the wonderful enamel work executed in Bresse around 1870. The mastery of fine enamelling has a long tradition in Bourg-en-Bresse that can be traced back to the 14th century. Dimensions of the inkwell: height 10.5cm, width 14.5cm, depth 11.8cm.
