About the Item

Outstanding quality 19th century antique French cast-brass desk set with a very attractive inkstand having twin inkwells and beautiful pierced gallery. It has a rectangular pierced pen tray and a pair of ornate candlesticks. A very decorative piece in lovely original condition. Measures: height 16 cm to top rail Width 34 cm Depth 7 cm Height to ink well 7.5 cm Candlesticks height 21.5, diameter of base 10.5cm.
