About the Item
This exquisite Krone fountain pen showcases a dark brown celluloid barrel intricately marbled with subtle violet veins. Its sterling silver cap and endpiece are adorned with beautifully hand-painted motifs inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's renowned works—"The Raven," "The Tell-Tale Heart," and "The Gold-Bug." The cap is further distinguished by a delicately carved skull on its top, a macabre yet elegant nod to Poe's gothic legacy.
The pen features a piston-filling mechanism and a two-tone 18K gold nib. The nib promises a smooth and luxurious writing experience, fitting for collectors and connoisseurs alike. Accompanied by its original outer box and display box adorned with a filigree design silver door , the pen is presented in excellent condition, underscoring its status as a cherished artifact.
