19th Century European Green Glass Dump Paperweight with Controlled Air Bubbles

About the Item

This European bottle green dump glass paper weight features a display of frosted flower pedals erupting in a fountain motif, controlled bubbles that interplay with the design, with speckles and ribbons of red, blue and yellow that swirl about. The bottom is imperfect as were all dump glass pieces. The design is very unusual for dump glass pieces of this era. Great for a decorator piece on a shelf or desk or the collector looking to add an unusual piece from this era. This piece has some very small scratches on the surface, consistent with its age.
