A great wooden carved head of a horse. It is mounted on a wooden base - usable as desk decoration or paper weight. Made in Germany ca. 1920. Measures: Width 4.13" (10.5 cm) Height 6.69" (17 cm) Depth 5.51" (14 cm) The tradition of wood carving, using manual skills to make everyday objects and fine art sculptures, is found throughout Europe.
