Cast glass, stainless steel, video composition, LED’s
Undulating polychrome light weeps from hundreds of tiny backlit perforations, as hand-blown, mercury-mirrored glass flowers radiate techno-organic pollen from an array of LED lights orchestrated by a symphonic internal lighting composition. Curved and hand-hammered polished aluminum concentric plates create a sideways topographical landscape reflecting a future reality awash in shifting colors and light. Partly a mirror, sometimes a pool, Nebula Lucidum confounds the present with a sensory feast that invites reflection and contemplation beyond boundaries.
