American Figural (Vultures) Bronze Inkwell
About the Item
This vintage early 20th century patinated sculpted bronze inkwell is designed in an American "Old West" theme. The oversized inkwell features a landscape with a rocky terrain. A pair of dore' bronze vultures are perched upon a rock formation on the left side of the inkwell. The inkwell is located on the right & has a hinged lid cover that, when open, the underside displays the artist's conjoined initials HK & the letters L W. The bronze is a wonderful representation of vultures on the prowl, typically seen in the American "Old West".
