About the Item

A stunning Art Deco French sculpture of German Shepherds, made in Paris and dating from the 1930’s. The dogs are made from gilded spelter, they are beautifully mounted on a fantastic cheqquered marble base. This is a large and impressive size, the quality is amazing. The condition is excellent, with only some extremely minor wear here and there. There is a makers seal on the back lower edge which says made in Paris. Width – 28 inches , 71 cm Depth – 7 inches , 18 cm Height – 17 inches , 43 cm
