About the Item

A journey in bronze 'Going to the River', two Kudu Bulls, Limited Edition of 12. One of the most recognisable silhouettes of the African bush my latest sculpture pays homage to this magnificent beast. Tall, corkscrew horns that can grow up to 1.8 metres, twisting 2.5 times at full length. Majestic and composed, two kudu bulls make their steady way to the river, their spiral horns reaching skyward like living sculptures of the African wilderness. This piece captures not only their physical grace—the taut musculature, the rhythm of their stride—but also the quiet dignity for which kudu are revered. Rendered in bronze, each detail reflects the enduring spirit of Africa’s great antelope, a timeless homage to both strength and serenity in the wild.
