Large glazed ceramic sculpture depicting a crowned crane, made with considerable craftsmanship, probably in the 1950s. The bird is rendered with great naturalness and attention to anatomical detail: the distinctive crest is made of thin brass wires, the cheeks are white with red accents on the head, the plumage is detailed, and the base is decorated with brightly colored plant elements. The sculpture is affixed to a modern, posthumous base made of chrome-plated plastic.Dimensions: height 55 cm, depth 27 cm.A visually striking decorative object, ideal for interiors with eclectic taste or collections of 20th-century ceramics.
