We offer for sale this Fantastic Shrine Statue from a Parisian Church
This exquisite statue of Our Lady of Purgatory is a masterpiece of religious art. Created in France during the historicism period of 1850-1900, this large sculpture stands 160cm tall and is made of plaster and horse hair material which has been polychromed. The piece has a realistic style and exceptional craftsmanship.
The statue is a one-of-a-kind piece, signed by the artist and is an original limited edition. Its intricate carving and attention to detail make it a perfect addition to any art collection or religious institution. This sculpture truly captures the essence of religious devotion and is a testament to the artist's skill.
The statue is in the original condition, and un restored. The piece has had several repairs of the years, please see all images and videos and ask for further information on the condition if required.
Dimensions are 160cm high x 90cm w x 75 depth.
