An antique carved boxwood cherub decorative wall hanging dating to circa 1650. Crafted in boxwood, this renaissance style sculpture depicts a detailed handcarved cherub or putti beautifully hung from a metal chain. More than 370 years of age has instilled the wood with a timeworn barewood finish. This unique way this cherub is displayed makes it a charming yet intriguing decorative piece, perfect for an interior display. Provenance: Ossowski, Pimlico Road
