About the Item
Very rare "Dancer" sculpture in black fratta and red ceramic by Ceramiche Moretti Umbertide.
Signed under the base Sacru Rometti Umbertide 1938
( Dante Baldelli ) possible author. The production of these years involves research into the shapes and color combinations of glazes. Essential silhouettes, geometric decorations, the subjects appear increasingly stylized. Black enamel is combined with coral red, and in the polychrome, synthetic and fluid figurines, the color combination is quite vivid.
