Eosuchus “dawn crocodile” is an extinct genus of gavialoid crocodile. The species name refers to its relatively small estimated size, no more than 2 meters, compared to others, such as the modern crocodile, which can grow up to 5 meters in length.
This species of crocodile lived in coastal forms, were initially resistant to salt and is evidenced in the case of this species, Eosuchus, which is consistent with this theory.
With its elegant mounting on a custom acrylic base and its additional protection by means of a transparent box, this piece not only stands out for its beauty, but also for its uniqueness and historical value.
