This is a very special Crystal Quartz Sphere, and nearly flawless, embodying an exquisite level of perfection. The raw crystal comes from Diamantina, Brazil—renowned for its diamond mining in the 18th and 19th centuries—and now produces some of the most super-clear, high-energy quartz in the world.
The internal transparency only gives way when rainbows and natural flaws emerge in the quartz, creating a unique, natural artwork seen only in Crystal Quartz from Diamantina.
It was perfectly hand-cut and polished by the most experienced artisan in Governador Valadares, MG. Finished with Cerium oxide, the same compound used in emerald gem cutting, this leaves a mirror-like, perfect finish on the crystal ball.
