Pair of Bookmatched Small Blue Lace Agate Geodes with Polished, Landscaped Backs

About the Item

Pair of Bookmatched Blue Lace Agate Geodes ▫️Description Small yet stunning, this pair of Bookmatched Blue and White Lace Agate Geodes showcases intricate, flawless agate laces in soothing blue and white tones. These specimens will add a touch of rarity to your space, whether displayed on a bookshelf, table, or as a beautiful accent on side tables, as well as make a wonderful addition to any crystal collection. The highlight of this pair is the unique lace pattern, formed over millions of years. The laces transition from a soft blue to a baby blue tone, with beautiful white agate bands in the center. Unlike many other geodes, this pair does not feature any druzy, allowing the smooth polished surface to fully emphasize the natural lace formation and contrast of colors. In addition to their polished faces, these geodes bring a polished, landscaped backs resembling the ocean seen from above, with islands, clouds, and waves. Carefully cut and polished to enhance their natural beauty, these agate geodes are left untreated, maintaining their pure form. Please check the pictures to see more of their details, and feel free to message us with any questions or special requests. You might be curious how these Blue Lace Layers came to be. Agates are formed inside cavities within volcanic basalt, which gradually fill with silica-rich water. As the water evaporates over time, layers of solidified silica form, each containing different impurities, resulting in the colorful agate laces we admire today. Amazing, isn't it? ▫️Pair of Bookmatching Lace Agate Geodes (Cut, Polished, RAW, no enhancing treatment) ▫️ Color: Blue/White Agate ▫️ Size: Size: -- 4.6 Kg - 10.1 lb -- Height: 16 cm. - 6.3 In. -- Width: 28 cm. - 11.0 In. -- Depth: 9 cm. - 3.5 In. ▫️ Amethyst Origin: Ametista do Sul - Brazil ▫️ Base: Self Standing ▫️ Ethically Sourced

A fascinating agate geode that was cut open to show the world its internal beauty, this Agate Geode Wings combines world-class blue lace agate, purple amethyst druzy, and careful craftsmanship to become this spectacular natural artwork. Exceptional from every angle, for sure this Geode Wings will be an amazing addition collection or a conversation starter in your decor space. The Agate layer pattern that can be seen reveals the entire process of growth. For millions upon millions of years, it evolved, and in the middle of it, the Purple Amethyst Druzy showcased Nature's remarkable craftsmanship. The agate layers grow one after the other, and millions of years separate the first layer from the last one. We carefully polished this specimen to highlight its natural features. On its front, the blue and white agate lines contrast beautifully with the Purple Amethyst. Meanwhile, on the back, a landscape reminiscent of islands in the middle of the sea has taken shape.
