(3) French Post-War Glass Fragrance Diffusers "Lamp Berger Luneville" Ca. 1950's

About the Item

Offered here are three nice quality authentic glass, post-war French fragrance diffusers used to freshen up and make a room or area smell nicely. Sometimes called aroma oil lamps, the fragrance was placed in the bottle along with the lamp oil, and then, the enclosed wick was lit to perpetuate the "aroma". These three bottles were made by a French company, circa 1950's; the red bottle labeled "Lampe Berger, Luneville Paris; while the green one is translucent and has an embossed mark (looks like "JO", while the yellowish brown spotted one is more clear glass with unclear markings to the base. .The condition of all three is excellent with no cracks, breaks, chips, touch up paint, or restorations of any kind. What is amazing is the fact that they are all complete with no missing parts. A nice grouping for the collector of vintage fragrance bottles. Authentic mid-century scent bottles; not reproductions. The dimensions of each are: red bottle 7" high x 4" diameter green bottle 5 1/2" high x 3 7/8" diameter yellow/brown glass bottle 5 1/4" high x 2 1/2" (at widest) Note: please see other scent bottles I have listed on 1st Dibs
